Trading with the America’s
The biggest foreign investment that could land into a developing countries soil would be from the USA. They have a massive PPP (purchasing power parity) and a very big political and strategic appetite. They will use their money to the advantage.
But in recent years, how profitable is it? Is it feasible to stick to the States instead of reap off the benefits of trading with South America, India or even China in that case? China is the strongest of the three economically, and it will take over the American economy in a short while. Those will be fooled who think that they should take benefits from growing China. The big questions come to oil. China has a population larger to that of USA. When its demand for energy goes up and Russia turns a deaf ear, they will turn to the middle east and dominate as the biggest importer of energy. Where does this put America. Quite simply, it puts America in a crunched positions where it will have to compromise on the influence it currently enjoys with the middle east.
Like shredders that shred papers, the American dream of global dominance and westernized democracy will be down the drain. China will encourage the middle east to continue with its Monarchical ways and ask America to back off from having things going their way all the time. To some extent the American security is needed, to other ends, its sort of going on and on like a nagging granny. Let the biggest consumer win!
